Event Picnic Precious Diamonds 2026-26
Our members were very much excited for full day Picnic.
The Venue “Bora Farms” a newly developed, riverside resort was the venue for PICNIC. Conducted on 26.01.2026, the Republic Day.
We had arranged two buses for the members one from Sarasbag and other from Hadapsar. The buses started at 7 am and reached the destination at 8.30 am. Some members reached the venue by their own vehicles. About 120 people attended including guests.
Everyone was welcomed by Dhol Tasha and dancing. Thereafter, Mr. Harshal and Chetna
Lahoti, Mr. Mayur Tapdiya and Rahul Malpani completed the registration process with a Tilak on forehead.
In the beginning, Mahesh Pujan was done by Office Bearers and BODs and Mahesh Vandana was sung by female members of our group.
At about 9.15 am, flag hosting was done at the hands of our President: Madanmohan Rathi. National Anthem was sung. Mr Shailesh Lahoti, Mr. Hiralal Pophale. Mr. Vallabh Bangad sang patriotic songs on the occasion of Republic Day.
Thereafter, delicious breakfast was served. By 10.30 all members were ready for further fun.
Then, female members enjoyed Rain Dance and swimming till 11.45 am.
While female members were enjoying water activities, Male members were busy in outdoor games. More than 12 outdoor games were available including net cricket, camels riding, bullock carts riding, various adventure games and rides etc. Male members enjoyed till 11.45 am.
Afterwords, female members enjoyed outdoor games and activities and Male members participated in Rain Dance and swimming. This was continued till 1.15 pm. Then, Delicioues Lunch was served. Everyone enjoyed the meal.
After 2.15 am, all the members were requested to gather at the Program Hall for Indoor games. Mrs. Chetana Lahoti / Mr. Harshal Lahoti and Mr. Mayur Tapdiya had organised indoor games. This young team kept engaged all the members nearly more than two hours. All the members participated and enjoyed the games. In between, various questions were asked to members on patriotic subjects. Prizes were awarded to members.
Also, a Gift Hamper of Gulkand and Biscuits, the own product of Chairman Narendraji Tapdiya, was distributed to each family. CA Radhesham Kabra helped for this distribution. Sudhir Nagori: Secretary and CA Rajnikant Birla: Treasurer felicitated Mr. Harshal Lahoti / Mrs. Chetana Lahoti and Mr. Mayur Tapdiya for organising nice games.
BOD Picnic Shailesh Lahoti and Chairman Narendra Tapdiya also felicitated Mr. Krishnaji Saboo, Governor -Picnic, from MFCT. Then, every one dispersed after enjoying Hi-Tea, Hurda, Sugarcane Juice etc
Everyone reached home safely with the cherished memories of the Picnic. Overall, the day was fulfilled with fun, joy, enjoyment, entertainment and nice food with nice venue.
Mr. Rajeshji Rathi helped for arranging Picnic with his good contacts. Other committeen members also helped for making the Picnic successful.
Bus arrangements were handled by Satyanarayan Pallod, Sudhir Nagori, Jagdish Rathi & Rajendra Rathi.
