Welcome

• Each member was welcomed by two committee members who were dressed up as groom and bride and danced along with members.
• On arrival each member was offered a Rajasthani Pagadi.
• From the welcome gate, each member went to the registration counter dancing with rhythmic beats of Dhol – Tasha.
• After registration, each member was welcomed with tilak, smiley broch, Perk chocolate and “Gajra” for ladies.

Selfie Point

The Selfie Point proved to be a popular spot, with every couple indulging in playful photography with quirky props, capturing the joyous spirit of the gathering.
Adventure Games and water sports
Following welcome, Selfie Point & delicious breakfast members enjoyed adventure games, played cricket, badminton, Lagor, etc. The enjoyment continued in the swimming pool, under the waterfall and in the rain dance.

Introduction, Songs and Natika

Post adventure games and water sports the event continued with stylish introduction of each member wherein couples introduced themselves while dancing. Some people introduced themselves with melodious songs. Mr Rajesh entertained all members by singing melodious songs throughout the day.
Our talented members Mrs. Alka Rathi and Mrs. Priya Rathi took the stage to play hilarious “Natika” – “Dagdu Harvila” inducing uproarious laughter.
Musical Chair, Dance and Housie
After delicious lunch and rejuvenating break / rest, all the members danced, played Housie and Musical Chair.

Time Management

The whole event was managed with clock precision, wherein all the members who came by car reached well in time and the bus carrying members reached dot at 8:28. The programmes thereafter were as per planned timelines.

Know your App

Dr Ashok Chandak took the first programme of “Know your App”. He explained the functionalities of “WhatsApp” specifically the “Sharing of Location – Current and live”
After vote of thanks, a final round of high tea was served and then program concluded by taking group photo.
Each member attending the programme was overwhelmed with prudent management and enjoyment during the program. Everyone said their goodbyes and departed with a lot of happiness and good cherished memories.
In unity, the day celebrated the ethos of MPF Precious Diamond, fostering connections, fostering friendships, and etching a joyful chapter in our collective journey.
Everyone louded their appreciation over phone calls and messages to Mrs Kirti Kabra and her team, highlighting the success of a meticulously planned event, THE PICNIC.
