Event Joy of Life Precious Diamonds 2024-25
BACK TO SCHOOL
“Back to School” event was successfully organized at “Sky Lounge, Future Towers Amanora Park Town” on Sunday,4th Aug 2024.
Entire Program was based on theme to connect with childhood School memories. A replica of classroom was created with display of Photos of national leaders, posters and slogans stating importance of Education on walls of classroom.
All Members came to school in uniform, brough school bag, water bottle with tiffin.
Program was attended by 95 + members. Shri Sohanlalji Mantri, Retired Executive Engineer was Chief guest of the function.
Rameshji Toshniwal-Governor Joy of Life, Ashokji Laddha-President Elect MFCT and Saurabh Sodani our Mentor could not make it however sent best wishes for the program.
All the members and guests were welcomed with “School chale hum” placard and tattoo (butterfly, flowers) on their hand.
At the entrance of school one lady (Mrs. Chhaya Mundada) was selling Confectionery, groundnuts etc. Students had great fun in purchasing the same from her.
The program started with members entering the classroom wearing School dress (Uniform). The school started with National Anthem “Jan Gan Man”, followed by motivational song “Itni Shakti hume dena data”.
Then PT class was conducted by Jaykumar Kabra. Marathi Mathematics and Hindi class were conducted by Dr. Sunanda Mantri, Dr. Ashokji Chandak and Kalpanaji Heda respectively. All the classes were conducted with fun.
Other school staff were Principal – Mr. Dilip Mundada, Peon – Mrs. Priya Rathi, Mavashi – Mrs. Sarita Nagori
Then school was adjourned for interval. Students had great fun of eating and sharing tiffin brought by them.
After the break Saraswati Puja and ‘Deep Prajvalan’ was performed by Chief guest and BODs. Next Chief guest was asked to grace the dias along with BOD & Chairman and other office bearers of the school.
Chairman of the school Pushpaji and Principal Dilipji Mundada felicitated Chief guest.
Pushpaji advised students to study hard and minimize use of mobiles. Later Chief guest Sohanlalji expressed gratitude on being invited and shared his thoughts about positive role of MPF PRECIOUS DIAMONDS in lives of Senior Citizens. He further inaugurated Cultural program of the School.
During the Cultural program various students exhibited their skills by way of Dance, Song , Mimicry, Poem, small play, etc. In all 15 performances were played and all were excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Lastly winners for Best Dress up competition (one male and female each) and names of various members who performed were declared by Nisha Mundada and prizes were given to them by Chief Guest and BODs.
As this was first Sunday of August month Friendship Day was celebrated by special dance by Jaykumarji and Kirti Kabra followed by song “Jindagika nam Dosti “.
MOC for Program was Dr Sunanda Mantri and Dr Nisha Mundada.
Beautiful Rangoli was done by Shantaji Taori and Sunita Kabra.
BOD Kirti Kabra expressed Vote of thanks. Overall it was a great experience for all members as they could revisit their childhood memories.
The program concluded with delicious dinner
