Event Joy of Life Central 2024-25
0n April 21st, our trekking event at Hanuman Tekdi was a truly refreshing & energizing experience, blending the thrill of adventure with spiritual tranquillity. As the sun began to rise, we set off on the trail, the early morning air crisp and refreshing. The lush greenery of the Tekdi enveloped us, and with each step, the vibrant colours and melodies of nature refreshing our spirits.
After the trek, we gathered at a serene spot with a breathtaking view. Here, we paused for a deeply uplifting recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa, which added a layer of profound spiritual connection to our experience. The rhythmic chants of the Hanuman Chalisa, combined with the melodies of the devotional song, created an atmosphere of peace and devotion that enhanced the tranquility of the moment. As we continued our trek, the combined effect of the spiritual recitations, a delicious breakfast and the natural beauty left us feeling spiritually enriched and physically revitalized, making the event a perfect harmony of devotion and adventure.
On July 7, 2024, Chandni Lawns was the vibrant backdrop for a spectacular event presented by the MPF Central Team Joy Of Life in association with the Rajasthani Mahila Mandal, Kothrud. The Morning, themed Puneri Thaat, showcased the rich cultural heritage of Pune through a series of dynamic and engaging activities. It was followed by MOC which was anchored by Darshana Lathi, Sheetal Somani & Nilesh Bhandari. Event got started, by lighting the lamp and vaadya pujan.
The celebration began with the reverent Shankh Vaadan which was taken by Shreemant Kesari Prathistan Sansthapak Aadyaksha Umeshji Gade with his daughter, where the melodious spiral shell blasts filled the air with a divine and grand tone. The team dance, expertly choreographed and taught by our one & only team member Neha Zanwar, was incredibly enjoyable and was performed enthusiastically by our JOL Team. The energy soared with the lively beats of the Dhol-Tasha which was taken by Shubhankar Waichal, whose rhythmic drumming and pulsating rhythms captivated the crowd and intensified the festive spirit. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere was the Lezim activity, where participants, adorned in beautiful attire, performed coordinated dances with colourful sticks, embodying the essence of Pune’s cultural traditions.
In keeping with the theme and the philosophy of “Small Changes, Big Impact,” the event was proudly disposal-free, incorporating eco-friendly practices and sustainable alternatives. The 237 guests not only enjoyed a rich cultural experience but also took part in a responsible celebration that honored both tradition and environmental management.
We Suggest other Teams to Follow this disposal-free event management & Food wasteage, & if we continue this, it will be the Central’s Bench Mark.
