Event Diwali Milan Precious Diamonds 2023-24
Diwali Milan which was themed on “Dindi / Paalkhi” was successfully organized and all members enthusiastically celebrated on 26/11/2023. Success of this program lied in meticulous planning & management by the organizing committee.
The Diwali Milan was organized at spiritual “Vedashree Tapovan Alandi”. Event was attended by 185 enthusiastic members & their families and 2 distinguished guests from MFCT – Ashokji Laddha and Sourabh Sodani.
WELCOME
Each member was welcomed with a Kumkum Tilak, Offered a Brochue (Morpankhi). Each member was tied with ribbon on their hand to make 6 different groups for playing antakshari.
All committee members wore 9 wari saree and their Better half were in white Kurta Payjama with Orange Duppatta and Turban (Pheta).
Post welcome members and families enjoyed delicious Hi Tea and were ready for program. Program was started dot on time as planned.
Marching of Dindi and Palkhi
2 Dindis were formed with 2 people with Bigul (Tutari), 1 flag carrier, two ladies withTulsi pot, and two rows of 10 couples dancing with Tal
Palkhi was marched – 2 people with Bigul (Tutari) 4 ladies with Lezim, 2 flag carrier, two ladies with Tulsi pot, 1 lady with Dnyaneshwari, two people taking Palthi, and two rows of 10 couples with Tal. Main Palkhi and Dnyaneshwari was brought to stage.
Post Palkhi, Live Vitthal and Rakhumai were welcomed in same manner from gate to Dias. (Vithal was Mrs. Megha Nagori and Rakhumai was Mrs. Sarita Nagori)
In this “Dindimay” atmosphere ladies / gents danced to spiritual tune (dhun) in two circles inner circle by ladies and outer circle by gents.
Bhajan and spiritual Dhuns was sung by “Aakar group Bhajani Mandal”.
Mrs. Kalpana Mantri welcomed all. Post this “Deep Prajwalan” was done by all BOD members & MFCT guests. Mahesh Vandana was sung by Aakar group.
Following “Deep Prajwalan”, committee ladies took the charge of stage and beautifully performed dance on “Tal dhun”.
Post dance by ladies – Jay & Kirti Kabra, Jawahar & Chhaya Mundada, Rajendra & Pushpa Sikchi, Sanjay & Kalpana Mantri, Sudhir & Sarita Nagori, Dilip & Rekha Bhakkad delivered small Natika “Manatil Bhav” where every gents praised their wife.
After Manatil Bhav same team has presented “Bharud” which applauded by all members.
Antakshari
Post stage program Antakshari was played which was organized by “Aakar group”. Itwas played in 6 groups based on color of ribbon on their wrist.
Post this two Bhajans were sung and all the members danced to the Dhun.
3 generation Many members were present with 3 generation and 2 of them whoreported fast were felicitated by presenting delicious chocolates. All the kids were given delicious Chocolate hamper.
Aarti
Live Aarti of Vithal Rakhumai was performed on stage by Mrs and Mr. Govindji Jaju with committee members.
All other members were given electric lamps, lights of the hall were off and everyone was performing the aarti with the lamps from their place.
Housie
Post Aarti housie was played by all members. A special housie was prepared by Mrs.Chhaya Mundada and appreciated by all members.
During Housie we had a superb motivational speech by Mr. Govind Jaju. Mrs. Chhaya Mundada thanked all.
With delicious dinner Program Concluded.
Time Management
The whole event was managed with clock precision by Mrs. KirtiKabra.
Everyone louded their appreciation at venue for success of a meticulously plannedevent, Dance and specially for Bharud.
