Event Annual General Meeting Precious Diamonds 2023-24
Annual General Meeting of MPF Precious Diamonds group for 2023 – 2024 was held on 03.03.2024 at The Institute of Engineers Hall, Shivajinagar, Pune.
Post registration high tea was served.
Thereafter, program started with Deep Prajwalan and also Mahesh Vandana which was sung by Mrs. Mangala Lahoti and Mrs. Rekha Bhakkad in a sweet voice.
In beginning a tribute was given to the members, Shri Govindji Jaju (our past President), Sarlaji Chandak and Kalpanaji Bhutada, who left us for the heavenly abode.
Then AGM agenda was taken up for discussion.
Firstly, All the members of nomination committee and observers of election of N.C. were felicitated with bookey.
Then, Account for the year 2023 – 2024 was Presented by treasurer CA Rajnikant Birla.
President’s view was presented by Mr. Madanmohanji Rathi. He briefed about various programs conducted in the year and appreciated all BODS, Chairman and Committee members of various activities for making all the events super successful. He also cited that four programs were very nicely executed where BODS, Chairman and Committee Members were female. Also, he praised Shri Jaykumarji Kabra for getting timely updating information of all program on MFCT website.
President expressed his views in general. He said that the mutual trust, confidence and respect for each other has rewarded the group with best results. He has assured the members, that team’s unity and mutual understandings will take Precious Diamonds to new heights. He thanked all the members for their cooperation and help.
Secretary Mr. Jethale also briefed about various activities conducted in 2023- 2024. He has announced for increase in Yearly Membership Subscription fees for 2024- 2025.
Before starting Wonderful Orchestra program delicious “Thandai” was served to all members.
“Old Golden Bollywood Night” Orchestra program was performed by VIVEK PANDEY and group. Everyone actively participated danced to the tunes of old Bollywood songs.
After the Orchestra, our members Chhaya Mundada and Lata Maheshwari’s Birthday was celebrated.
Program was also attended by Sourabh Sodani and Mahesh Somani – president Maheshwari Pragati Mandal.
Nice interactive anchoring was done by Mrs. Uma Baheti.
Program was concluded with delicious dinner (with Amras).
