Event Annual General Meeting Golden Era 2023-24
We had indoor games & AGM at office of Ishawrlal Laddad Gagan Uno, 2nd floor, dhole patil rd., camp, pune.
Dated 4th Jan. 2024.
The event was organized with breakfast at 08.30 am. to 09.30 am.
AGM was started at 09.30 am.with lamp lighting. Treasurer Yuvrajji Jakhotiya shared the FY22-23 audited financial results & took formal approval from members. Also presented programwise budgeted & actual expenses FY23-24 & projection for remaining program.
President Suryakantji Somani shared the month wise achievements of FY23-24 with PPT. Evoting results of Nomination Committee declared by Shri Purushottamji Mundada. After finishing AGM 11.00 am. indoor games were organized.
Sport (Indoor Games): There were eight games:- Chess, Carom,KachaKavdi, Manav Sap Shidi, Limbu Chamcha, Couple Memory, Musical chair, Ramayan Housee. Juice & fruits was served at 11.30 am.
Lunch was served at 01.30 pm, again games were started at 02.30 pm.
The chief guest was Dr. Kiran Mantri(Ex. Corporator Pune Cantonment) she arrived at 04.30 pm.
She was facilitated with the memento by Shri. Suryakantji Somani.
For prize distribution:We distributed 57 prizes to winners of all games.
This program was attended by Purshotamji Mundada( Governor Elect), BalkrishnjiKarva(MFCT Advisor), Sandeshji Maniyar (Add. Governor), Nikhilji Inani (MFCT Trustee). 80 members were present. Everyone actively participated & enjoyed Games.
We also felicitated Shri. Vishal Tapdiya for donation of blood palates more then 51 times.
