Event Battle of Professionals Precious Diamonds 2025-26
MPF Precious Diamonds Sports Event was conducted on 14/12/2025 at Wadia College Ground. Everyone was welcomed by applying tilak and giving orange candies by Mrs. Shobhaji Mundada, Mrs. Ashaji Birla, and Mr. Harinarayanji Kabra. Everyone was given yellow color T-shirts on which the MPF / MFCT and Sports logos were printed.
After breakfast: The program started on time at 10:30 a.m. with lighting of the lamp followed by Mahesh Vandana sung by Lata Bhutada and National Anthem by all.
After the National Anthem, the President Mr. Madanmohanji Rathi, honored the Chief Guest, Principal and Trustee of Wadia College, Mr. Ashokji Chandak with a shawl, coconut, and Puneri pagdi. He was also honored for his work done in various fields, Mr. Rajnikantji Birla presented a memento, and all the BODs presented a certificate of honor to him.
His introduction was given by Mr. Sudhirji Nagori. He was also given a “Sanman Patra” which was prepared by Mrs. Sunandaji Mantri on very short notice. Reading of the “Sanman Patra” was done by Mrs. Nishaji Mundada.
Sports Director Mr. Umeshji Kabra gave the introductory speech, in which he explained how all the outdoor games like tug of war, lemon-spoon, lagori, brisk walk, talyat malyat, shot put, and indoor games like badminton, table tennis, musical chair, chess, and carrom would be organized.
The inauguration of the games was done by all by waving flags with game names written on them and by releasing balloons into the air.
In the first half, outdoor games were conducted and in the second half indoor games were conducted. After all indoor games Ms Poonam Zawar conducted Zumba for all.
MOC for the program was Jaykumarji Kabra, Pramilaji Rathi, and Lataji Bhutada.
The food arrangements were responsibly taken care of by Satyanarayanji Mundada, Rajendra Rathi, Jagdish Rathi, Dr. Nandkishorji Jethale and other team members.
Mrs. Shantaji Tawriji made a beautiful rangoli based on the sports theme. Mrs Sunandaji Mantri prepared the “Sanman Patra” in poetic form.
When indoor games were going on Kirti Kabra conducted Housie game for ladies who were not participating.
MFCT office bearer Mr. Gopalji Jaju was present in the second session. Along with him, the President Elect Mr. Pradeepji Asawa, Past President Mrs. Pushpaji Toshniwal, and the Chief Guest distributed prizes to all the winners.
Sports Chairman Mr. Rajeshkumarji Rathi expressed gratitude to Wadia College Principal and Trustee Mr. Ashokji Chandak who provided the college premises and staff. He also thanked everyone for their active participation in the event.
Mr. Rajnikantji and Asha Biral celebrated their marriage anniversary on 12th Dec, Mr. Jaykumarji and Kirti Kabra celebrated their marriage anniversary on 13th December. A Special cake cutting was organised for both couples.
The program concluded with high tea.
Many members appreciated that the program was well organised and fun filled by sending whatsapp messages and personal calls.
