Event Annual General Meeting Precious Diamonds 2024-25
Annual General Meeting of MPF Precious Diamonds group for year 2024 – 2025 was held on 23 rd February 2025 at the “Avani Agro Tourism Watekarwadi Kalus, near Chakan”. It was clubbed with Picnic
so as to save expenses.
90 plus members along with mentor Saurabhji Sodani attended the AGM.
Program started with National Anthem.
All the dignitaries took their seats and further program started with Deep Prajwalan and Mahesh Pujan.
Secretary Dilipji Mundada gave introductory speech and briefed about the agenda of the meeting. He thanked all BOD and members for giving him support and joy while working as secretary in this tenure.
Audited Account for the year 2023 – 2024 and un-audited account for 2024 – 2025 was Presented by CA Madanmohanji rathi in absence of treasurer CA Rajnikant Birla.
This was followed by Presidential address by Mrs. Pushpaji Toshniwal. She took the members through brief journey of all the program conducted in the year. It was presented through PPT. She specially highlighted that all programs were conducted in budget prescribed by MFCT. She appreciated all BODS, Chairman and Committee members of various activities for their hard work in making all the events super successful and memorable.
Post President’s view all the BODs with their chairman were felicitated. BOD were given a beautiful frame with watch. In watch at right hand top corner, their names and photos was there. Addition photos of their program were also seen in frame. Chairman were felicitated with memento useful in day to day life.
5 distinguished members selected by President Pushpaji were felicitated for their special achievement and contribution in society. They were Kanchanji Jajoo, Rajendraji Sikchi, Shantaji Taori, Dr. Sunandaji Mantri, Dr. Nishaji Mundada. Their life journey was narrated by Dr Nishaji and Dr Sunandaji Mantri which was widely applauded by the August gathering. It was really a heart touching moment. Pushpaji appealed next year”s President Madanmohanji to carry on this Initiative as we are having lot of gems hidden in our group.
Observers of Nomination Committee Election Nandkishorji Toshniwal and Mr. Jaykumarji Kabra were felicitated with bookey and memento. Observers declared all members of Nomination committee. All the members of nomination committee were felicitated with bookey. Post declaration of members of NC, Chairman of NC committee Dr. Nishaji Mundada thanked all the members for the faith shown in her and other NC members and assured that she and her team will give the best BOD team for 2025-26.
Program was also attended by Sourabh Sodani.
Nice interactive anchoring was done by Dr. Nishaji Mundada and Dr. Sunandaji Mantri.
During the meeting delicious soft drink was served to all members.
